Notice of Intent filed by Frank and Janet Bianco. Applicant proposes demolition and reconstruction of a single-family dwelling within the 100’ Buffer Zone to a Coastal Bank at property located at 290 Saltworks Road, Map 04, Parcel 005A.
The commission and Town of Eastham staff met at 290 Salt Works Road to view the site of a proposed project including the Wetlands Protection Act defined resource areas. This project decision was appealed to the DEP.
